Simplifydigital announces 2013 winners of its Customer Choice Awards for digital TV, broadband and home phone services

Simplifydigital has today (4th April 2013) announced the results of its Customer Choice Awards 2013, which recognise the best broadband, digital TV and home phone services, based on customer feedback.

Simplifydigital, an Ofcom accredited switching service for broadband, home phone and digital TV, collated insights into the satisfaction of over 900 customers that had moved to a new provider within the last 12 months using its unique free, independent telephone Switching Service. 

The winners of the 2013 Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards are as follows:

About the awards

Using a standardised email survey with both tick-boxes and free text feedback areas, Simplifydigital's Data Team obtained genuine insight into customers' real experiences before, during and after installation.  They found that over 86% of respondents were generally satisfied with their provider, while 90% were satisfied with their broadband speeds.
