Virgin Media will soon be introducing what
it's calling the UK's "first true quad-play bundles" as a
replacement for its current set of Collections. The new 'Big
Bundles' will be initially available exclusively for existing
Virgin Media customers, however new customers will be able to sign
up from the end of May, so it might be worth holding off until then
if you are thinking of upgrading your exsisting packgage.
Each Big Bundle will include superfast broadband as
standard, with the lowest package capable of reaching download
speeds of up to 50Mb. For as little as £5/month customers can now
also add a sim-only mobile deal to their contract, including
unlimited minutes and text as well as 250Mb of data.
According to Virgin Media, its quad-play bundles could
save families over £300 a year when compared with "comparable
services from Sky and the next best value SIM from any mobile
