"Your Services": The Digital TV and/or
Broadband and/or Home Phone services you have ordered through
"Purchase Date": The date on which you ordered
Your Services through the Simplifydigital contact centre
"Identical Services"; exactly the same set of
services as Your Services in every respect, including but not
limited to the Service Provider of Your Services, the number of TV
channels, premium TV channels, set top box functionality,
advertised broadband speed, advertised broadband download limit and
free call periods.
"Simplifydigital First 12 Months Cost": The
cost of Your Services for the first 12 months. This is the sum,
calculated on the Purchase Date, of any initial installation,
activation and equipment costs, plus the first 12 month's
subscription fees for Your Services.
"Third Party First 12 Months Cost": The cost of
the Identical Services for the first 12 months if purchased via a
Third Party on the Purchase Date. This is the sum, calculated on
the Purchase Date, of any initial installation, activation and
equipment costs, plus the first 12 month's subscription fees for
the Identical Services.
"Service Provider"; the supplier of Your
"Third Party"; the Service Provider themselves,
or other potential retailer of Your Services
Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the Simplifydigital First 12
Months Cost of Your Services, when ordered through the
Simplifydigital contact centre.
To qualify for a refund, you must find exactly the same product
(Identical Services) as Your Services, advertised at a cheaper
price on the Purchase Date of booking Your Services through
Simplifydigital. The Identical Services must be without limitation
offered from the same Service Provider.
The Lowest Price Guarantee refund will be for 100% of the
difference between the Simplifydigital First 12 Months Cost and the
Third Party First 12 Months Cost.
The Third Party First 12 Months Cost must be available to the
general public and from a Third Party that is in the UK.
The Third Party First 12 Months Cost must be in the same
currency (GBP) as the Simplifydigital First 12 Months Cost and
include all taxes, fees, surcharges and charges applied to the
payment method used.
Lowest Price Guarantee will not apply in the following
1. to any prices offered outside of the public domain or special
eligibility prices including (but not limited to) corporate
discounts, staff deals, refer a friend schemes, closed user group offers and conditional
2. to gifts offered in addition to Your services
3. when the Third Party First 12 Months Cost has been offset by
a conditional cashback offer offered via the Third Party including
(but not limited to) Quidco, Topcashback.
4. if the Simplifydigital First 12 Months Cost or Third Party
First 12 Months Cost has been discounted by the use of any type of
any loyalty program, coupons or any other offers or discounts;

the claim form in English and send it to Simplifydigital Ltd, Lowest Price Guarantee, Ground Floor, 1 Riverside, Manbre Road, Hammersmith, W6 9WA.
Simplifydigital must receive your claim form within 14 days from
the day you booked your chosen service. You must include a dated
screen shot print out or piece of advertising which shows the final
price inclusive of all taxes, fees and surcharges of the Third
Party First 12 Months Cost. Simplifydigital will insist on seeing
this screen shot or advertising to help verify your claim.
Simplifydigital will independently confirm the legitimacy of the
screen shot or advertising and will verify any request that it
believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or
other error or is made fraudulently or not in good faith. Any
incomplete claim forms or any other form of claim will not be
Simplifydigital will verify that your Third Party First 12
Months Cost meets all the criteria set out in these terms and
conditions and you will be notified by email whether or not you
have qualified for a refund within 14 days of submitting your claim
form. Simplifydigital will endeavor to complete the refund within
15 working days of notification by your service provider that your
services have been installed/activated. This may take up to 90 days
after the date of booking the service.
Any refund will only be sent by cheque to the address supplied
on the Claim Form.
Only one claim can be made per household.
Simplifydigital reserves the right to cancel this promotion or
amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
