TalkTalk was investigated earlier this month by Ofcom because of
incorrect billing and now it has been revealed that Ofcom is in
fact investigating consumer complaints regarding TalkTalk allegedly
mis-selling fixed-line telephone services.
Ofcom said in a statement:
"Ofcom has opened this investigation following complaints from

Avonline, UK satellite broadband provider has
promised its customers that the price for its services will stay
the same, despite a planned increase in value-added tax.
