More about Three mobile broadband

Three launched in the UK on the 3rd of March 2003 (the third day of the third month of the third year of the new millennium). By the end of 2005, despite some technology teething problems, they had acquired 3.2 million customers who were all running on their 3G enabled network. Great value deals, excellent product positioning and snazzy marketing were starting to pay off for Three, and their parent company Hutchinson Whampoa were happy to continue funding idea for quick growth. Three has launched a major marketing campaign in May 2009, with the slogan "Changing Mobile Forever", as 3 is offering free unlimited Skype-to-Skype calls to all customers - potentially revolutionising the mobile price point. Today, Three offer mobile broadband, mobile broadband laptop deals and mobile broadband via MiFi.
