Your cashback

What you need

  1. You will need to live in a O2 network area. Our agents will check this for you when you call.
  2. You will need to have been an O2 mobile customer for at least 2 years to get 12 months half price broadband, and have an existing BT compatible line.
  3. Other customers will receive 3 months free broadband, and pay £5 more per month on the prices shown on this page.
  4. Your new O2 broadband and phone service will be activated in 14-21 days.

Cashback terms and conditions

This promotion is conducted by Simplifydigital. Offer applies to O2 "The Works" and "All Rounder" sales where the customer has purchased via the Simplifydigital contact centre, and for which Simplifydigital receives a sales commission. Cashback amount is £50 for both "The Works" and "All Rounder". Promotion excludes users who have clicked through to O2's website from the Simplifydigital website to purchase those services, or who have purchased the services direct from O2. The cashback offer is operated by Simplifydigital and will be paid 90 days after activation of the new services, following confirmation that sales commission is to be received from O2 to Simplifydigital for a valid sale. Simplifydigital will post the cheque to the address used when signing up for the services. Only one offer per household. Offer ends 8pm January 31st 2012.

O2 Terms and conditions

Home broadband and home phone are subject to availability and you need home broadband to get home phone. There's a 30-day or 12-month minimum-term contract and you have to pay by Direct Debit. If you choose the 30-day option there's a connection charge. Six months free broadband is only on 12-month contracts; it's not on The Basics or Access packages; and is subject to availability.

*These prices include an actual monthly discount of £5.00 for O2 mobile customers (unless it specifically says they're for everyone). If you're on Pay & Go, you must top up a £10 minimum every three months to keep your discount.

O2 Fair Usage policy applies. If you take any Bolt Ons, there are some terms. For any chargeable calls you make, there's a minimum 12.8p set-up fee. Calls to 0871, 0870 and 070 numbers are not included in your bundle and will cost no more than 20p per minute, 4.1p per minute, or 104p per minute respectively.
