Why we don't work with some providers
One of the benefits of using the Simplifydigital service is that once you've chosen your preferred package we'll actually sign you up and arrange your installation for you. You won't need to contact the provider yourself and you won't be clicked through to the supplier website to start the search process all over again!
However, to do that, we need to have a direct relationship with the supplier. There are a few suppliers, such as Utility Warehouse, Waitrose, Zen and The Post Office who we'd love to work with but haven't yet set up a direct relationship with. Clearly, we would love to be able to connect our customers to these companies and remain hopeful that, at some point, we'll be able to work with them directly.
If you want to know about these suppliers, our digital experts are well equipped to answer questions about their services but would ultimately leave you to contact these suppliers direct. Don't worry, this in no way influences the recommendations we make.
In the meantime, Ofcom are satisfied that we are representing all the key providers in the UK and gave us their accreditation in the absence of these suppliers.
