TalkTalk has recently revealed that it
has achieved one of its main goals - it has now raised £1 million
for Treehouse, an autism education charity.
The ISP has been backing the charity for a long time and
currently organises fundraising events on a regular basis to show
its support.

TalkTalk decided to give the green
light to its controversial malware-detector, following the
intervention by the Information Commissioner (ICO).

After Ofcom launched a second investigation over allegations
that TalkTalk was mis-selling its products,
the broadband provider was fast
to begin online customer service improvements.
The "My Account" section of the website has been upgraded making
the webpage more user-friendly and providing clients with an easier
way to pay online.

TalkTalk was investigated earlier this month by Ofcom because of
incorrect billing and now it has been revealed that Ofcom is in
fact investigating consumer complaints regarding TalkTalk allegedly
mis-selling fixed-line telephone services.
