Following on from our story
yesterday, it seems that the TalkTalk customers who were
wrongly billed by the provider are in line for a refund.
It was reported that Ofcom received over 1,000 complaints from
TalkTalk customers who were wrongly billed for services that they
didn't even have.

The Digital Switchover Help Scheme has announced this week that
they've installed digital TV equipment for over 350,000 UK
households.
The scheme is backed by the BBC and helps the elderly and
disabled get ready for the Digital Switchover, which is due to
finish in 2012.

A Birmingham man has been jailed for five and a half years for
his role in a Virgin Media
Cable TV fraud.
Mohammed Ali was the ring leader of the scheme that involved
chipping Virgin Media set top boxes so people can receive free
channels.

Residents of Aberdeen City and Shire will see the last of
analogue TV channels today after the final stage of their
switchover finishes at midnight tonight.

Market analyst company Mintel has revealed that women are less
keen to purchase high definition (HD) TV packages than
men.
