You might remember Simplifydigital reporting on
Everything Everywhere and the joint venture's
possible decision to kill off its child brands -
T-Mobile and Orange.
In case you didn't know the outcome of that rumour, we can
underline once more that it was proven to be false and just a
random "speculation".
Having said that, new gossip has surfaced, mainly that T-Mobile
and Orange are likely to have another sibling.
It has been said that EE was thinking of re-branding itself into
a 4G-centric company and the launch of a new firm
under its umbrella might be the way to do it.
A spokesperson for the company was quoted as confirming
that the new firm is definitely in the works:
"This new brand will sit alongside our existing brands
Orange and T-Mobile. We will reveal more information on our
exciting plans in due course."
Simplifydigital is very curious to know what is going to be this
mysterious brand's name. 4G-nation? Everything Orange
Everything Mobile?
