If you are thinking about getting fibre broadband but have
previously been discouraged by the price, you're in luck.
Plusnet has decided to half the cost of
its latest FTTC offering for three months.
This means that for the first three months you will be paying £8.24
per month and £16.49 thereafter if you choose to go for the Plusnet
Value pack.
However, the price slashing promotion applies to all fibre
offerings, more detail about some of these is as follows:
Fibre Value with inclusive Evening & Weekend
Calls
• Download speeds of up to 40Mbps
• Monthly usage allowance of 40GB (unlimited between midnight and
8am)
• Free Wi-Fi router
• Based on 18 months
• Free evening and weekend calls to UK landlines
Price: £8.24 for the first three months and £16.49 thereafter. It
must be noted that as per usual, the additional line rental charge
of £9.49 per month is still a must.
Fibre Value with FREE Anytime Calls
• Download speeds of up to 40Mbps
• Monthly usage allowance of 40GB (unlimited between midnight and
8am)
• Free Wi-Fi router
• Based on 18 months
• Free Anytime calls to UK landlines, and a 25 per cent discount on
international calls
Price: £11.74 for the first three months and the additional line
rental charge of £9.49 per month is still a must.
Fibre Extra with FREE Anytime Calls
• Download speeds of up to 40Mbps
• Monthly usage allowance of 120GB (unlimited between midnight and
8am)
• Free Wi-Fi router
• Based on 18 months
Price: £14.24 for the first three months and the additional line
rental charge of £9.49 per month is still a must.
In addition, customers who don't wish to get home phone services
should expect a one-off set up charge - existing customers will get
away with £25 and newbies will have to fork out £50.
