UK-based broadband provider, Zen Internet, has
recently announced that it has added two new options to its
Home Talk bundle which currently costs £11.22 a
month.
The aforementioned new features are an answer phone
service as well as a call barring.
In more detail the 1571 answer phone service
will allow customers to listen to recorded messages left by callers
when they were not available and call barring will give users an
opportunity to ban outgoing calls with the exception of emergency
services.
Zen's Head of Product Management and Marketing, Andrew
Saunders, was quoted as saying:
"These new features have been added in response to customer
feedback and as part of our ongoing development of our phone
services.
"Home Talk and Business Talk products aim to provide calls
packages that see our customers save considerable amounts on their
phone bill quickly and easily.
"They also provide our customers with the confidence that
these services come with the same high level of service and support
as Zen's award winning broadband."
Customers who are interested in Zen's home phone services can
also look at Home Talk Plus which is inclusive of 1000 call minutes
and also might be useful to those who call internationally as it
has cheaper rates.
