BT found that almost half of Brits thought planning their wedding was too stressful

BT found that four in ten customers thought that planning the happiest day of their lives was more stressful than their day job.

The telecommunication giant discovered the interesting statistic after asking customers as to what they wanted to happen next in the Adam and Jane saga.

The Adam and Jane tale has been told through a succession of advert come soaps since 2005 that have captured the country's heart.

Four hundred thousand votes poured in to decide the next step in the relationship. These where used to direct the down to earth, modern couple through countless relationship landmarks.

BT asked Adam and Jane fans what they wanted the characters to do next, from choosing the style of Jane's wedding dress to what they should name their child.

It has shown each step in the pair's relationship both aided throughout by the use of BTs' technologies.

Also, somewhat surprisingly, the research revealed that the biggest worry for both men and women was finalising the guests seating plan for the wedding breakfast.

Furthermore the poll discovered that it wasn't just the day job that was stressing people out, with over a quarter finding it more troubling to wed than moving house.

On Saturday the 23rd of April, the Adam and Jane saga will come to an end as they finally will tie the knot.
