Following on from our story
yesterday, it seems that the TalkTalk customers who were
wrongly billed by the provider are in line for a refund.
It was reported that Ofcom received over 1,000 complaints from
TalkTalk customers who were wrongly billed for services that they
didn't even have.
Robert Hammond, of watchdog Consumer Focus,
said...
"It is shocking that it has taken the intervention of the
regulator for TalkTalk and Tiscali UK to play fair with their
customers."
The broadband, home phone and now, mobile provider have being
told to sort the issue out by the 2nd of December of face a fine of
up to 10% of the company's turnover.
