Media's high-definition TV package will be able to tune into
Sky1 HD from October 1.
All Virgin Media XL TV subscribers with a V HD or V+HD box and

Red Internet, promising unrestricted bandwidth at top speeds.
Firms can buy download speeds of 100Mb/s for an annual £12,000
or 1Gb/s for £22,000.

Almost half of Brits use social networking sites to talk about
TV programmes as they unfold live on air, a new survey has
found.
A total of 45% of those quizzed in the study by technology
company Intel admit to using sites like Facebook and MSN Messenger
to discuss shows such as The X Factor while they are being

A law firm could be fined up to £500,000 after the names of
thousands of customers accused of illegally sharing adult films
online were posted on its website.

People who have access to the internet end up with better bank
rates than those without, a campaigning consumer charity has
reported.
Which? said interest rates on savings accounts found online can
be 37% higher than those on offer in bank branches only.
