Broadband and home phone provider TalkTalk has confirmed that they will pay £21 million less to purchase Tiscali due to the number of customers leaving the firm.
TalkTalk acquired Tiscali in July 09 which resulted in an extra 61,000 new users in their first quarter.

Along with the acquisition came more services such as digital TV, mobile broadband and mobile phone services. Only one other supplier in the UK can offer what is called a 'quadplay' and that is Virgin Media with their digital TV, broadband, home phone and mobile services from Virgin Mobile.
