Mobile broadband provider Orange has announced that it's getting rid of its 'unlimited monthly deals' in a bid to ease customer confusion.

Orange conducted a consumer survey and found that many of their customers have little knowledge about what a fair usage policy is and what a broadband line speed was.

This is on the back of an Ofcom report which also published the fact that many mobile broadband providers don't actually offer fair usage information to their customers.

Orange say that the new mobile broadband plans will be introduced next year.
