Sky Player, Sky's on-demand online digital TV service, is expanding its live TV offering with the addition of three new channels in March bringing the number of live digital TV channels on Sky Player to 30.

And later in March Sky Movies Premiere and Sky Movies Showcase will launch providing access to upcoming blockbusters such as Fast And Furious, The Boat That Rocked, I Love You Man and Knowing. World War II mini-series.

In addition, in the coming months Sky Player viewers will be able to access live channels from Living and Bravo, following the addition of on-demand content from both brands in February 2010.

Sky Player is Sky's equivalent of BBC iPlayer and 4OD. It offers both new and existing Sky digital TV and broadband customers the opportunity to access a wide range of live and on-demand programmes from both Sky and other third party channels.

Sky Player offers over 500 movies to watch at anytime from Sky Movies and Sky Box Office, live sport from Sky Sports, ESPN and Eurosport, and hundreds of other programmes spanning entertainment, drama, comedy, music, documentaries, kids and the arts.

Existing Sky digital TV customers can access a range of content on Sky Player for no extra cost based on their core subscription, whilst for non Sky digital TV customers, online only subscriptions start from £15 a month.

Sky Player is available over the internet on PC, Mac, Windows 7 via Window Media Center, Xbox 360 and will soon launch on the FetchTV hybrid Freeview set top box.
