Your local Post Office can also offer you a competitive home phone and broadband package.

You can take up either a standalone home phone package or broadband package or you can bundle your services.

Standalone broadband packages offer speeds of up to 8Mbps, 5Gb monthly download allowance, 5 email addresses, 50MB of web space, free web security and a free Netgear modem. There is no connection fee and the contract length is 12 months.

Broadband Extra includes all of the above but with no download limit.

If you're looking to bundle your services, Post Office has two options. The first is Home Phone with Broadband Standard. The monthly cost covers line rental, the Broadband Standard package, evening calls to UK landlines, weekend calls to UK landlines and mobiles as well as weekend calls to the Post Office's top 20 international destinations.

Another bundle option from the Post Office is the Home Phone with Broadband Extra plan. Again, this plan offers inclusive line rental, the Broadband Extra package as well as evening calls to UK landlines and weekend calls to UK landlines and mobiles as well as weekend calls to the Post Office's top 20 international destinations. 
There are no contracts for home phone in either bundle but there is a 12 month minimum contract for the broadband element.
