Customers with Sky Broadband will be able to access subscription VoD content for no extra charge, in line with their existing Sky subscriptions.

The great thing about Sky Anytime+ is that it works on a progressive download basis - this means no waiting until the content has fully downloaded. You'll just have to bear a minute or so to fully enjoy your favourite shows, but sometimes this does depend on the duration of the programme and your broadband connection.
