If you choose to buy through Simplifydigital, we will arrange an installation date for you with the supplier of your choice. Most of the service providers that we recommend, such as Sky and Virgin Media have their own installers and will come round themselves to install your digital TV or broadband.
However, should you choose a product or service provider that does not offer an install service; we can use one of our local and approved partner installers. We can also arrange terrestrial aerial upgrades if you need one.
Once you've purchased your digital package, we'll send you your order confirmation, which gives you all the order details, the installation details and supplier contact details you need. It also suggests what to do should things go wrong.
