We have three levels of cover, all of which involve using the expertise of some of the UK's best techy boffins, who are waiting to take your calls and – if needs be – visit your homes. Our cover plans are as follows:
Bronze cover
This is our basic plan. For £8.99 per month, you can get unlimited techy phone support between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 2pm on Saturday. We pay for the techy support, so all you pay is the cost of a local-rate phone call. You can arrange a home visit through us, but this will be charged at £75 per visit. Also, if the problem's a major one, we can arrange a next-day visit if you call before 4pm – and you won't have to wait in all day, because we'll make the appointment for a specific time.
Silver cover
The next step up is our Silver cover at £13.99 a month, which gives you unlimited phone support, as well as access to one free home visit from our techy experts per year if required. You can book further home visits, but these will be charged at £75 each as before.
Gold cover
Finally, there's our Gold-level cover at £19.99 a month. This is as comprehensive as it gets, with unlimited phone support (as before) and unlimited home visits every year – so whatever goes wrong, big problem or small, you're completely covered.
Get 60 minutes of support!
For £49 you can receive 60 minutes of professional home PC support over the phone. The 60 minutes lasts for 3 months so you can call as many times as you like, up to 60 minutes in total.
