We also offer home computer support through our Simplifydigital Computer Cover. This gives you unlimited access to our technical support phone line. Our brainy technicians can resolve the most common home computing problems, such as losing valuable data; problems getting online etc. If we can't solve the problem over the phone, we can send someone round within 24 hours to fix it. Installation
We are committed to ensure that, as well as helping you choose the perfect set of digital services for you, we also help getting you installed. This means that we can book your install for you at the end of your consultation. Most of the digital services that we recommend provide their own install services, but we also have our own partner repair and install network, that works alongside the networks of the major service providers. Our network of local partner installers can help with installing Freeview boxes and other related requirement s that you might have.
