The UK has just begun the digital switchover timetable, switching off the traditional analogue systems in favour of digital TV. Therefore if you want to continue to watch TV, you will need to make sure your TV can receive a digital signal. There are many options for this, from buying a Freeview box, through to getting a satellite or cable TV service. Many new flat-screen TVs even have Freeview built-in!
