We've tried to make our website as comprehensive as possible, but you probably won't have had time to read all of it and therefore may have some questions about what we do. So following are the questions we get asked most frequently – take a look and see if your question has already been answered. If not, please feel free to call us or email us.

What makes Simplifydigital different from the comparison sites?
-
We're proud of the unique nature of our service.
We know how complicated the digital world can be. The number of deals and services vary hugely. That's why we don't just give you a long list of options via our website like many comparison sites do. We want to make sure we sign you up to the right option for you and that's why we think it's better to talk to you! Unlike other comparison sites, we've built our own software; our recommendations engine. It reviews all the relevant deals in the market and matches them to your unique needs. Our advisors are experts in all things digital and can explain everything you need to know. We'll highlight hidden costs, we won't hide them.
Our service is completely free to use and is entirely impartial. We never recommend one supplier over another just because they pay us more commission.
Once you've chosen what you want, we don't just abandon you! We'll sign you up to the services you need and arrange your installation for you. We can even provide you with the digital equipment you'll need and we can help you out with home PC support with Simplifydigital Computer Cover.

Is the advice from Simplifydigital really free and impartial?
-
Yes, it really is! You pay absolutely nothing for the consultation or for us to arrange your installation by your chosen provider. You do, of course, pay the supplier for the package you choose. You only pay us if you buy digital equipment from us, purchase Simplifydigital Computer Cover or use our installation services.
Our consultation is entirely impartial. Our recommendations engine tells us what services are best for you and that's what we'll recommend! Our experts are not aware of, or influenced by, commissions paid. That's why we're Digital UK accredited and we're seeking Ofcom accreditation too.

-
If it's free, what's the catch?
-
There are no catches! We are paid commission by a supplier if we sell their services but that doesn't affect the price you pay, or what we recommend. We have access to what we consider to be the best deals in the UK and we make it easy for you to choose the right one for you.

-

-
Can Simplifydigital really save me money?
-
Our recommendations engine suggests the best option for your unique needs. That way, you're not signing up for products and services you don't want. If you only want to pay a certain amount per month, then you can tell us and we'll see what you can get for that amount. We'll also tell you what your monthly saving is.

Do providers pay you to recommend them?
-
No, we're entirely impartial. Our experts are not aware of, or influenced by, commissions paid.

Can I get information/advice from you online or do I have to phone?
-
There's lots of information to help you find out about digital services on our website. However, the services vary hugely as do the deals they offer. There are big savings to be made if you choose wisely. There's so many that it would be very hard to explain them all online. We think it's far easier to talk these through with one of our digital experts.
