Margaret Wilson, 70, retired chief librarian for the Department for Education, from East Croydon, London, said:
“I had a dial-up internet connection and landline with BT but I was worried about the cost of my bills as I made calls during the day, and to relations in Canada and friends in Spain.” She was paying around £30 a month for her services from BT, but after calling Simplifydigital, she found a cheaper deal with free calls and a faster internet connection. Ms Wilson said: “I chose a package with TalkTalk for £25 a month which includes broadband, free calls to landlines in the UK, and free calls to America and Canada and some other European countries – it is an amazing deal and I am very happy with it. I had been thinking of switching to broadband but felt technologically inept and they went through everything with me.”

Kathleen O'Neill, 57, a care worker from Doncaster, called Simplify Digital when she wanted to order broadband for the first time.
She says: "I had a BT phone line and a Freeview box but I got a computer in October so I needed broadband. I was confused by all the offers and had heard horror stories about some companies – different people were telling me different things."
Kathleen's brother had spoken to Simplify Digital so on his advice she gave the service a call. "I spoke to a very nice young man and he went through everything with me. Then he sent a consultation in the post and called me again to see what I thought." She signed up for a phone and broadband package with Orange costing £12 a month and decided to continue using her Freeview box for TV.
"I was absolutely delighted with the service from Simplify Digital,” says Kathleen. “As well as having broadband, my phone bill is cheaper now and I also have an answer service and caller ID. After it was installed Luis from Simplify Digital called me to check it had all gone okay – they gave me an amazing service."

Sandra Mills moved to be close to family but is knee to keep in touch with old pals by email. Ex-hairdresser Sandra, 64, said:
“I needed broadband but didn't want to pay too much. Simplify Digital suggested a bundled TV, phone and net package from Sky for £16 a month." Sandra, of Eastbourne, East Sussex, added "It's great. Now I just have to learn to use my laptop!”

“I am not a lover of feedback and questioners however on this occasion I felt I must compliment you on the ‘perfect' site. I have spent the last two weeks messing about, trying and comparing many different sites both comparison sites and brand specific sites for telephone/broadband/television deals.
Some sites were sparse and raised more questions than they answered, others would go into so much detail, I was blinded with science.
I was in store this evening and noticed an advertising board with your site on it, came home and gave it a go. Guess what, every question answered, all items priced and included per month and per year with a recommendation for BT with Sky a close second. Why can all sites not be set up this way.
